Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all wig sales are final.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs that have been:
• Worn
• Installed
• Altered
• Cut
• Colored
• styled
• Customized in any way
Once a wig has been removed from its original packaging or lace has been cut, the sale is final.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted unless the item received is incorrect or defective upon arrival.
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shesexclusivehair.co@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
Approved issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Custom & Preorder Items
All custom-colored wigs and preorder items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
