At She’s Exclusive Hair Co., every unit is curated with care to ensure luxury quality and satisfaction.
Processing Time
All wigs are made to order and/or available for preorder. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing time does not include shipping time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, please allow 5–7 business days for delivery, depending on your selected shipping method and location.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. She’s Exclusive Hair Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
She’s Exclusive Hair Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
